Is Dark Souls 2 as good as Dark Souls 1?
There is a laundry list of problems in Dark Souls 2, but it's the PVP (player versus player) combat that is all-around excellent. Glitches and bugs plague PVP in the original Dark Souls; players exploit these regularly. Dark Souls 2 has better locations and combat mechanics compared to its predecessor.Thankfully, despite what The Internet might think, something not being the bestest best everer doesn't mean that it can't be really, really good. Dark Souls 2 is really, really good and absolutely worth your time, even if it doesn't quite hit the dizzying heights that From Software is capable of.Also, DS2 is more of a self-contained story. It was made by a different dev team and plays quite different from both DS1 and DS3. It has some rather weird gameplay mechanics that do not return in DS3. For this reason I'd suggest playing it only after DS1 and DS3.

What’s the difference between Dark Souls 1 and 2 : Dark Souls 2 is different than Dark Souls in seven fundamental ways. While Dark Souls 2 features the legendary difficulty, exploratory spirit, and trademark boss battles of its progenitors, it alters several key game play components that players of the original Dark Souls take for granted.

Why is Dark Souls II so different

Part of the reason that Dark Souls 2 was so radically different from the first game was that they both had different directors. Hidetaka Miyazaki directed both Demon's Souls and Dark Souls, and he had felt the desire to move on from the Souls games to pursue more original works.

Why is Dark Souls 3 better than 2 : Better AI design for both mobs and bosses and more responsive controls lead dark souls 3's combat to be significantly better than DS2's as a whole. There are other qualitites that are up in the air though. For instance, build variety was much better in DS2. A lot of people prefer lore from DS2 over DS3, etc….

You can skip it. I don't advise it, however. You may acclimate more slowly because of the change in interfaces and controls. Also, Dark Souls 2 was pretty good.

Parrying and timing are key, so players who are used to the blocking or dodging mechanics of other Souls games will find Sekiro even harder. Sekiro forces players to learn and master its combat systems or die, easily making it FromSoftware's hardest Souls game.

Some of the other complaints about Dark Souls 2 from the community, such as many of the bosses being overly simplistic, or some of the level design lacking quality, along with the aforementioned three reasons are why players largely dislike Dark Souls 2.

Is DS2 slower than DS1 : I guess people says this because low agility makes dodges harder, and so you need to rely more on the shield in this situation, but once you raise up it, the pace of the game is exactly the same as DS1.

Is Dark Souls 3 or 1 harder : If anything, DSIII is much harder, at least in the back half. The first game front-loads its difficulty, peaking with Ornstein & Smough at approximately the halfway point, and from there it's all downhill- none of the bosses in its latter half are anywhere near as challenging, at least once you figure out their tricks.

How many hours is DS2

When focusing on the main objectives, Dark Souls II is about 43 Hours in length. If you're a gamer that strives to see all aspects of the game, you are likely to spend around 119 Hours to obtain 100% completion.

I find myself going back again and again to DS2, I find it just really fun to replay, more than to DS1 and DS3. There are so many different areas, challenges, paths to take and bosses that this game never gets boring. If anything, DSIII is much harder, at least in the back half.
